Dr. Xu is an AI specialist and business executive with nearly two decades of extensive algorithm, software and data experience, transitioning complex research into production-ready solutions. An expert in AI and MLOps, Qiuyan specializes in the architecture and deployment of scalable systems—ranging from computer vision and signal processing to Large Language Models.
As CEO, she guides Gravitate’s innovation roadmap and oversees the transition of intricate data into meaningful business outcomes. Directing a multidisciplinary team to build "human-in-the-loop" processes, she ensures Gravitate’s technology provides measurable value for high-stakes operations.

Elysha Hargrove
Elysha manages the daily business operations at Gravitate, overseeing core processes and organizational frameworks that support the company’s rapid growth.
She oversees the essential pillars, ranging from HR, finance, and legal compliance, to cross-team collaboration. By streamlining these administrative functions, Elysha ensures Gravitate’s internal operations remain as precise and reliable as the technology we build, allowing the rest of our team to focus on solving challenges and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Sai serves as Gravitate's Lead AI Engineer at where he specializes in architecting innovative solutions at the intersection of Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and Large Language Models.

Leveraging deep technical mastery, Sai develops scalable frameworks that integrate deep learning vision analysis with Retrieval-Augmented Generation to solve complex, real-world challenges, ensuring our AI systems remain as reliable as they are high-performing.

Michael Lowry
Michael brings more than 15 years of product design experience to his role at Gravitate, where he specializes in architecting product vision and strategy for the company’s AI-native platforms. With deep expertise in digital transformation and DesignOps, Michael has a proven track record of scaling design organizations and pioneering responsive systems for major institutions.
As Product Lead, he is responsible for translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive, human-centric platforms that drive operational excellence while ensuring every solution remains as accessible and compliant as it is innovative.
